Manual QA Engineer

The team works at a fast pace and leads diverse, complex projects, including a major organizational transition to new platforms such as Salesforce.

What You'll Do:

• Write and execute end-to-end test cases for complex CRM systems, including functional, regression, integration, and cross-system interface testing.
• Work daily with Monday.com and Jira for managing test cases, tracking bugs, and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and application support teams as part of Agile development processes.
• Support the implementation and transition to the production environment, including final sanity checks and initial support post-deployment.
• Provide application support after the QA phase, working with internal users and system interfaces.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with high project intensity and multiple concurrent interfaces.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer- MUST
• Proven experience testing complex CRM systems- MUST
• Strong SQL skills, including writing advanced queries with JOIN- Advantage
• Experience working with Salesforce- Advantage
• Background in the financial or pension sector- Advantage
• Experience in large organizations with multiple products- Advantage
