🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a VP Product.

In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for both core database and cloud offerings. You’ll function as a strategic partner to the CEO and CTO, owning roadmap decisions, driving alignment across engineering, customer success, and field teams, and ensuring product direction reflects real customer and market needs.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmap across core and cloud offerings
• Prioritize features and releases based on feedback from customers, R&D, and success teams
• Serve as the key liaison between R&D and customer-facing functions
• Report directly to the CEO; present insights and strategy to the executive team
• Mentor and develop—lead ~7 direct reports, including PMs, technical writers, and advocates

🔹 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in leadership, with at least one recent role as Director/VP of Product
• Experience in database, storage, or infrastructure SaaS companies (e.g., NoSQL, DBaaS)
• Proven track record managing multiple product lines or distributed systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills, particularly within technical orgs
• Deep technical understanding of database architectures (bonus: C++ exposure)
