Financial Controller – Leading Financial Company

A leading financial company is seeking a Financial Controller for a dynamic and challenging role involving direct interaction with senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Job Description:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including for public reporting companies
• Consolidated reporting, management reports, and investor updates
• Preparation of regulatory filings and statutory tax reports
• Ongoing monitoring of loans, interest, and receivables
• Oversight and reporting of financial covenants
• Support debt issuances (bonds) and other financing projects
• Work closely with executives, investors, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – mandatory
• Post-internship experience in both an accounting firm and a company in capital markets, real estate, or investment funds.
• If only from an accounting firm – must have served at least as a Manager in the audit department of one of the BIG4
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• Experience in a non-banking credit company – strong advantage
• Experience with Priority ERP – advantage
• Proven experience in supporting bond issuances – advantage
• High-level English proficiency – advantage
• Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders

לחברה פיננסית מובילה דרוש/ה חשב/ת לתפקיד מגוון, מאתגר ובעל אחריות רבה, הכולל עבודה מול הנהלה בכירה, משקיעים וגופים רגולטוריים.

תיאור התפקיד:

• הכנת דוחות כספיים רבעוניים ושנתיים, לרבות לחברות מדווחות
• הכנת דוחות מאוחדים, דוחות הנהלה ודיווחים שוטפים למשקיעים
• דיווחים תקופתיים לגופים רגולטוריים בהתאם לדרישות החוק
• הכנת דוחות מס סטטוטוריים וניהול ממשקים עם רשויות המס
• מעקב שוטף אחר הלוואות, ריביות ותקבולים
• בקרה על קובננטים פיננסיים ודיווח שוטף להנהלה
• ליווי הנפקות אג"ח ופרויקטים פיננסיים נוספים
• עבודה ישירה מול גורמי הנהלה, משקיעים ובנקים

דרישות התפקיד:

• רישיון רואה חשבון – חובה
• ניסיון לאחר התמחות במשרד רו"ח ובחברה בתחומי שוק ההון, נדל"ן או קרנות.
• במקרה של ניסיון רק במשרד רו"ח – נדרש תפקיד מנג'ר לפחות במחלקת ביקורת באחד מ־BIG4
• שליטה מלאה ב־Excel – חובה
• ניסיון בחברת אשראי חוץ־בנקאי – יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת Priority – יתרון
• ניסיון בליווי הנפקות אג"ח – יתרון
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – יתרון
• דיוק, אחריות ויכולת עמידה בלוחות זמנים צפופים
• יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים
