Senior Analyst – Finance and Investment Banking Division

A leading financial advisory and investment banking firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Finance and Investment Banking Division.

This role involves providing business, financial, and economic support to some of the largest companies in the Israeli market, across a wide range of capital market activities. These include M&A transactions, valuations, financing and credit rating processes, collaboration with investors and financial institutions, and advisory services for IPOs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law (honors graduates preferred)

Master’s degree – an advantage

2–4 years of relevant experience in the capital markets or within the economic, investment banking, or M&A departments of one of the BIG4 firms

Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

High level of proficiency in English – mandatory

Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
