Passive Investment Analyst

A leading financial institution is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in capital markets to join a high-impact team overseeing investment activity in passive strategies.

Responsibilities

▪ Ongoing oversight of investment portfolios in passive tracks

▪ Monitoring indices, returns, fees, and cash flows

▪ Regulatory compliance checks in accordance with Ministry of Finance guidelines, investment committee policies, and board limitations

▪ Performance analysis, trade investigations, and fee monitoring

▪ Producing actionable reports and insights for investment managers and committees

▪ Close collaboration with the Head of Public Markets as part of the Middle Office team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in investment operations or compliance
• Background in an investment house, insurance company, or bank
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments in Israel and abroad
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions
