Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team.
The role includes:
- Writing technical documentation, user guides, technical specifications, installation manuals, API documentation, software and hardware documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Developing user-facing content such as manuals, videos, presentations, and other instructional materials
- Managing and maintaining documentation: regularly updating existing materials to reflect changes in products or technologies
- Ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across all technical documents
Requirements:
- High-level technical writing skills
- Understanding of hardware, including installation processes and troubleshooting
- Strong command of English – both written and verbal
