ERP Implementation Specialist to Lead a Major System Upgrade Project

In preparation for a large-scale system upgrade, Golf Group is looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the replacement of our ERP system and take ownership of the organization’s IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full management of the ERP upgrade project: planning, tracking, and oversight  

- Ongoing implementation and support of IT systems, with a focus on ERP (SBO)  

- Gathering and defining business requirements from users  

- Training and supporting internal users  

- Troubleshooting and ongoing support  

- Continuous improvement and streamlining of work processes  

- Report building, user permission management, and interface monitoring

Requirements:

- Proven experience implementing and supporting SBO – mandatory  

- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-organizational initiatives  

- System-wide thinking and problem-solving abilities  

- High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills  

- Familiarity with core organizational processes  

- Experience or knowledge in the retail industry – advantage  

- SQL knowledge – advantage
