About the Role

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer who blends the analytical depth of a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI. In this hybrid role, you’ll work on extracting insights from data and building intelligent systems powered by state-of-the-art AI models.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in developing data-driven and GenAI-powered solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Design and implement AI agents and smart copilots using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Engineer, fine-tune, and integrate Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs) into real-world applications.
• Use prompt engineering and chaining techniques to optimize model responses.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to present key insights.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and tools for data exploration.
• Apply statistical models and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and business teams to explore and deploy AI capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python – must
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer – must
• Strong command of SQL and NoSQL databases – must
• Solid skills in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization
• Experience with statistical algorithms and tools
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Independent and self-motivated, with strong collaboration skills
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge and experience  with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex)

Advantage:

• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka)
• Understanding of AI model deployment and evaluation
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
