Chief Operating Officer

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our internal operations with at least 5 years experience specifically in political campaigns, public relations and online reputation management. If you do not have at least two of these specific skills experience, please do not apply.

As a key member of our executive team, the COO will design, implement & oversee all processes that enable our campaign teams, campaign managers, strategists and others to work efficiently and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

You’ll manage daily operations, oversee staff development, design high-level project strategy, handle client communications and ensure our organization remains agile, compliant, and aligned with our values.

This role suits a candidate with minimum 5 years experience in political, public relations and marketing/campaign/online reputation management. Someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and has experience managing people and projects.

Requirements – MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role—preferably in political consulting, campaign management, reputation management or public affairs advocacy
• Strong understanding of campaign operations, electoral cycles, and political compliance & dynamics in a wide variety of environments
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and change management skills
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic environments
• Native-level English (multiple languages a plus)
• Ability to travel overseas frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a political or campaign consulting firm
• Prior military and/or intelligence background
• Experience in African and Asian markets
• Experience supporting candidates, grassroots campaigns, or movement-building organizations
• Strong online reputation management & public relations experience 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead operational strategy to support company growth and impact
• Oversee daily internal operations across departments including campaign services, client delivery, HR, finance, and compliance
• Partner with the CEO on processes that improve productivity and quality of service
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and professional development across the organization
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for campaign-related activities and client services
• Identify and manage key vendor relationships and technology platforms
• Support organizational business development initiatives and develop client relationships
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture rooted in accountability and impact
