We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to join our professional team. This is a full-time hybrid position, based in Rishon LeZion with some work-from-home flexibility.

The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex network infrastructures, including multi-vendor environments, multi-site topologies, and advanced security architectures.

You will work alongside senior engineers on real-world projects involving:

• Distributed network environments (branch offices, data centers, remote access)
• Enterprise firewalls, switches, and wireless controllers
• Network segmentation, security zoning, and high availability design

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated junior engineer to gain hands-on experience in the field of advanced networking and security.

• Support the deployment and maintenance of complex enterprise networks
• Assist in configuring and managing routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, Ether-channel)
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues across layer 2 and layer 3
• Work with senior engineers to document network topologies and configurations
• Contribute to network audits and optimization tasks
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and client implementations

Must-Have:

• Understanding of core network concepts: subnetting, routing, switching, NAT, VPN, ACLs
• Familiarity with managing or troubleshooting multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
• Passion for working with enterprise-grade networks
• Hands-on experience with network configuration and monitoring tools
• CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and handle dynamic environments
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to layer 3 routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
• Experience with firewall configuration and segmentation (e.g., FortiGate, ASA)
• Familiarity with wireless networking or VoIP
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets) or SD-WAN

• Mentoring by senior engineers working on high-end infrastructure
• Opportunity to work on large-scale network architectures
