Resource Development Manager

Hand in Hand, a leading shared society organization, seeks a driven and dedicated Resource Development Manager to join our wonderful team. This is a full-time, hybrid role with in-person meetings at our various offices.

Position Summary

• Proactively managing a portfolio of funders alongside research of new donor opportunities
• Developing persuasive and detailed reports and proposals to inform and engage donors and stakeholders
• Coordinating with finance team to develop budgets
• Collaborating with the resource development team on diverse projects
• Tracking donor and prospecting activity in Salesforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in nonprofit development
• English and Hebrew fluency; Arabic is a big plus
• Alignment with mission of advancing shared society
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Integrity, detail-oriented and thorough
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Openness to learning and constructive feedback
