Exciting Opportunity: Become a Key Player in Driving ERP System Success!

We are looking for a skilled Business Process Owner (BPO) to join our team at the Holon site. If you're passionate about optimizing business processes, working with ERP systems, and providing essential support to ensure smooth operations across production, material planning, procurement, and warehouses, this is the role for you!

As a BPO for ERP System Support, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are well-represented, optimized, and executed within the ERP system. You’ll be instrumental in training users, implementing changes, and leading the continuous improvement of key processes that drive the success of the business

As Part Of The Role

Characterize, implement, and manage processes in the ERP system across critical operational areas such as production, material planning, warehouses, and procurement

Provide user support and conduct training to ensure smooth adoption of system processes

Assess and characterize business processes, ensuring their alignment and proper implementation within the ERP system

Identify user needs across divisions and lead necessary system changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Collaborate with IT teams at company headquarters to lead characterization processes for new developments and monitor their execution

Work closely with technical teams and user representatives to ensure system changes and implementations are seamless and meet business needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, Information Systems, Management, or another relevant field

At least 3 years of experience in business processes related to production, material planning, procurement, and warehouses

Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems is a must

Knowledge of BI systems and data analysis

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges

Systemic vision with a strong focus on service, proactivity, and organization
