Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand, maximize resource utilization, and align with business goals. This role acts as a bridge between sales, operations, procurement, and logistics.

This role requires close collaboration with production, procurement, engineering, and sales teams to balance demand and capacity while minimizing delays and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and performance metrics.
• Support planning for new product introductions and changes in production processes.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

B.Sc. industrial engineers.

• Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power point.
• Good at Excel
• Strong communication skills 
• Detail oriented
• Able to work well with cross functional teams
• Ability to multitask under dynamic and uncertain conditions
• Self-motivated completing challenging tasks
• English – High proficiency
