Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Forex Industry

About the Company:

A well-established and regulated Forex company is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Forex industry and a proven track record of managing technology teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving innovation in financial technology.

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of trading platforms, CRM systems, and back-office infrastructure.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with financial authorities and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage IT, software development, and cybersecurity teams.
• Optimize trading execution, liquidity management, and risk management systems.
• Implement AI, automation, and data analytics solutions to enhance performance.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and operational teams to support growth.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a Forex company.
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, etc.), CRM systems, and financial APIs.
• Deep understanding of high-frequency trading, liquidity aggregation, and risk management.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (CySEC, FCA, ASIC, etc.).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, developers, and financial experts.
• Fluent in English; Hebrew is a plus.
