Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive our global digital campaigns, automation flows, website performance, and analytics. You’ll help shape how thousands of young adults worldwide experience Israel.

What you’ll do:

• Lead global multichannel campaigns (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Email)
• Manage marketing automation tools (Salesforce MC, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
• Own website UX, CRO, and optimization (desktop + mobile)
• Drive digital content creation in partnership with social & creative teams
• Integrate AI tools to personalize journeys and increase efficiency
• Oversee digital team and external vendors
• Collaborate across sales, product, and registration to align on KPIs
• Track data, optimize performance, and lead digital innovation

What you bring:

• 3+ years in hands-on digital marketing
• Proven experience managing full-funnel campaigns and customer journeys
• Expertise in Salesforce MC or similar automation platforms
• Strong grasp of analytics tools (GA, Data Studio, A/B testing)
• Experience with AI tools for marketing—major plus
• High-level English required (native preferred); other languages a bonus
• Experience working across global markets
