• Excitingly A/B test job descriptions, outreach, and channels
• Track conversion metrics 📊 and celebrate the wins!

• Create dynamic dashboards to monitor KPIs 📉 and drive our success!
• Analyze funnel trends & bottlenecks to unlock new opportunities!

• Maintain company target lists to keep our goals in sight!
• Conduct comprehensive comp benchmarking & recruiting tech research 💻 to stay ahead of the curve!

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 🤝 2–3 years of client-facing experience
• 📊 A strong grasp of performance marketing + analytics
• 🧪 Experience in A/B testing & optimization
