The Opportunity:

As a Trading Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our business—owning the execution and oversight of all client transactions, from fiat wires to crypto trades. This is hands-on, technical oriented, multi-tasking, combining operational precision with real-time problem-solving. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure every transaction is seamless, secure, and fully compliant.

What You'll Do:

• Execute daily transaction operations: Process transfers transactions,, and payments across multiple banking and digital platforms — with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines.
• Operate in a multi-system environment: Confidently manage several financial, analytical, and operational systems in parallel (CRM, banking, crypto exchanges, and internal tools).
• Guarantee precision & security: Ensure compliance, identify discrepancies, prevent errors—protecting the clients’ assets.
• Multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced setting: Handle competing requests and shifting priorities without missing a detail.
• Continuously improve: Collaborate with Product, and R&D teams to perform QA checks, streamline workflows, and enhance our platforms and client experience.
• Be a key player in our evolution: As we transition to automated, AI-powered, and bot-enhanced workflows, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, test new tools, and help shape a more creative, efficient, and high-performing operation.

You Have:

• 2+ years of proven experience in trading operations, financial services, or cryptocurrency transactions (Fintech/crypto - a strong plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical strength, and process discipline.
• Tech-savvy mindset: Quick to learn and operate multiple complex systems; strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to analyze datasets, perform complex calculations, and present data effectively.
• Agility under pressure: Thrive in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments, with proven multitasking abilities.
• Integrity and discretion: Trusted to handle sensitive financial data and act with the highest ethical standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills: Able to work effectively across disciplines and with external partners.
• Experience with automation tools, bots, or workflow optimization - a plus.
• Passion for leveraging AI, data analytics, or digital transformation to drive operational excellence - a plus.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets - a plus.
• Fluency in Hebrew & English (verbal and written).
