Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

As a Product Manager at JEEN.AI, you will have a significant impact on managing the product lifecycle – from ideation to launch. This pivotal role involves translating our strategic vision into market-leading, tangible products. You will be instrumental in creating groundbreaking solutions in the Generative AI (Gen AI) field, collaborating closely with customers, and building offerings that set industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage products from concept to launch, ensuring strong alignment with our company's strategic goals.
• Define detailed specifications, prioritize features, and work in close partnership with our design and engineering teams to meet deadlines.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously guide and drive product improvements.
• Track industry trends and innovations within the dynamic AI landscape.
• Oversee the development of various features and capabilities within the JEEN.AI product suite.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background
• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on innovative B2B or B2B2C solutions
• Extensive knowledge of the market and current trends
• Business understanding and customer needs
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication skills in English, for both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proven track record of launching web applications
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Advantage: Experience in defining and launching products or features that leverage Generative AI.
• Proficiency in LLM-prompt engineering and the effective usage of AI tools.
