Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to improve financial processes and business performance.
• Support planning cycles and deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to leadership.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and operational workflows.
  
  

• 3–8 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field from a leading university.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP); experience with SAP, Salesforce, and BI platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data sets.
• Highly accountable, with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – a true team contributor.
