A global leader in wireless communication products is looking for a hands-on Embedded Software Technical Lead to help shape the architecture and development of our next-generation rider communication systems.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Define architecture for cutting-edge embedded systems (ARM Cortex-M, RTOS, ultra-low power)
• Develop and optimize C/C++ code across Bluetooth Classic, BLE Mesh, and audio/DSP stacks
• Set and maintain coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Lead design reviews, pair programming, and mentoring initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HW, QA, Mobile, Cloud, and Product teams
• Stay ahead of the curve with tech roadmaps, compilers, and wireless stacks

✅ What You Bring:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Electrical / Computer Engineering from a top university
• 7+ years of hands-on embedded C/C++ development in commercial products
• Proven experience as a technical lead or architect
• Strong foundation in RTOS, low-level drivers, DMA, and interrupt handling
• In-depth knowledge of Bluetooth Classic / BLE
• Excellent debugging skills; comfortable with Git, CI/CD, static analysis
• Fluent English and a collaborative, mentoring mindset

💡 Bonus Points For:

• M.Sc. or research background
• Experience with OTA, secure bootloaders
• Familiarity with DSP, audio pipelines, or power optimization
• Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 62304)
• Scripting in Python/Bash for test automation
• Hebrew or other language skills
