Job Description:

A growing industrial startup specializing in electro-mechanical assemblies is seeking a Production Manager to lead production activities at the company's site and manage ongoing relationships with subcontractors. The role includes managing work plans, overseeing production teams, improving processes, monitoring outputs, quality, and timelines, and working with multiple internal interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of production activities (electro-mechanical assemblies)
• Supervision of subcontractor production and performance
• Leading production plans while meeting quality, output, schedule, and safety targets
• Planning and managing daily and weekly work schedules according to organizational needs
• Process improvement and implementation of LEAN / 5S / Kaizen methodologies
• Managing production teams, including training, professional development, and performance evaluation
• Collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, logistics, quality, and procurement departments
• Ongoing interface with local and international subcontractors, including performance monitoring
• Resolving technical issues on the floor in coordination with the engineering department

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management – mandatory
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assemblies – mandatory
• Experience working with subcontractors – strong advantage
• Technical understanding and ability to read drawings – mandatory
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
• Proficiency in Office tools and ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
• Experience in an industrial environment – mandatory
• Experience in transitioning from development to production – advantage
