Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports both Sales and Marketing departments by streamlining operational processes, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating impactful marketing events. Your contribution will ensure our teams stay focused on growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding client value.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Sales Support

• Support the end-to-end management of the CRM system, ensure data accuracy, alignment with business objectives, maintain dashboards, and support user training and adoption
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements, design workflows, and maintain accurate and structured data
• Coordinate CRM enhancements, upgrades, and backup plans while enforcing data governance and ensuring system continuity with minimal disruption
  
  

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales & marketing team - provide admin support, maintain digital toolkits and documents, and assist in coordinating internal approvals and agreements
• Assist in creating, updating, and rebranding sales and marketing documents and materials, ensuring consistency with the company's branding guidelines across all content
  
  

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years in sales operations, administrative support, or marketing event coordination - experience in the defense or the intelligence sector is highly preferred
• CRM Proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, Priority) and strong Excel and Office Suite skills, excellent organization and data accuracy
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Team Player: Collaborative, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure while handling sensitive information with discretion
• Native-level English, strong written and verbal communication
