We're looking for an experienced and motivated Network Operations & Monitoring Manager to lead a professional team in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

• Lead and manage a skilled NOC team responsible for real-time network monitoring and incident response.
• Ensure smooth operations and service availability through proactive detection and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal IT, engineering, and support teams.

• Proven experience as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Operator – must
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
• Background in Help Desk or IT support
• Strong ability to work under pressure and handle real-time incidents
• High-level English – written and spoken
• At least 2 years of managerial experience – a strong advantage
• Experience managing a NOC team – a major plus
