Role Description

We’re looking for a skilled WordPress developer (freelancer or small agency) to build a high-performance, scalable, and maintainable ~50-page website.

The ideal candidate is confident in custom theme development, comfortable working without bloated page builders, and experienced in creating modular, optimized, and content-friendly WordPress sites. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the full process from collaborating on the visual design, through development, to final deployment.

Contract Details

-Minimum base Pay: $1,000 guaranteed

-Performance-based bonuses available for exceptional delivery in areas such as functionality, UI/UX quality, and dynamic content implementation

-Additional funds available for themes, plugins, or dev tools

-Shortlisted candidates will be asked to build a single Figma-based dynamic page as a functional prototype

Role Description

We’re looking for a senior-level WordPress developer with strong full-stack capabilities, someone who can build high-performance, scalable, dynamic sites and extend WordPress beyond typical theme/plugin use.

The ideal candidate is comfortable customizing WordPress at a core, theme, and plugin level, and can implement advanced functionality like API integration, dynamic content systems, and security hardening from scratch.

• Create a ~50 pages website (mostly from reused templates, for eg. services)

• Design and prototype the full site in Figma or similar (or collaborate with an existing design)

• Build a custom theme from scratch or minimal boilerplate (no page-builder bloat)

• Develop reusable blocks and layouts for rapid content scaling

• Implement CPTs for services, blog, careers, etc.

• Optimize for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility

• Configure and launch on Hostinger WordPress hosting

• Ensure cross-browser, device compatibility and responsive behavior

• Deliver the full project independently, from design to deployment; fully production-ready

🧠 Requirements

• Strong experience in custom WordPress development (not just page builders)

• Excellent skills in PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with ACF, CPTs, and custom theme structures

• Knowledge of WordPress optimization (security, caching, SEO, Core Web Vitals)

• Able to work independently and communicate clearly

• Portfolio of clean, modern, responsive WordPress sites
