Education & Content Coordinator / Youth Program Manager

Melh-al-Balad is a national youth development program in the Arab society in Israel. We empower youth to become confident, capable, and socially active through innovative educational initiatives and real-world learning.

We are looking for a passionate Education & Content Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves coordinating youth activities, managing educational content, supporting field instructors, and building meaningful connections with students and communities.

• Experience working with youth
• 1–3 years in education or content management
• Based in or near North District, Israel
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields
• (Master’s degree – an advantage)

• Passion for education and community work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace / Office)

• Design and deliver informal educational content
• Support field instructors and youth mentors
• Manage relationships with schools, partners, and staff
• Assist in planning events, workshops, and Demo Days
• Ensure quality implementation across locations
