Receptionist- Full-time | Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00

Sphera Hedge Fund | Tel Aviv, Israel (On-site)

Sphera, a leading hedge fund based in Tel Aviv, is seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist to support senior executives and contribute to the smooth operation of our dynamic investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle ongoing internal and external communication using Outlook
• Support office operations and serve as the go-to person for day-to-day needs
• Oversee kitchen inventory, including ordering groceries, refreshments, and office supplies
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
• Serve as the front-desk presence and first point of contact for guests and deliveries

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew – both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting
