The role involves solving critical issues, including identifying, analyzing, and resolving network and cybersecurity incidents from initial report to final resolution. It also includes continuous monitoring and proactive prevention of faults that could impact operations, along with direct customer interaction.
The company is located in Yakum and offers a hybrid work model with one day from home.
Requirements-
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as System Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Network Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with communication systems and working with network protocols, including routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
- Proficiency with network analysis and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and similar.
