Digital Marketing Manager

A leading financial corporation in Netanya, operating in the fields of capital markets, investments and technology
is looking for a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s digital marketing efforts and drive growth across channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As part of our marketing team, you’ll oversee content planning, campaign execution, paid media, performance analysis, and brand messaging. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with our content writer, designer, social media manager, and senior leadership.

What you'll be doing:
*Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across platforms
*Plan and manage monthly content and campaign calendars
*Lead performance marketing activities (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and optimize results
*Oversee and support social media management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
*Develop creative concepts for content, brand activations, and digital campaigns
*Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product, and leadership) to align messaging and goals
*Produce marketing presentations and visual assets for internal and external stakeholders
*Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and translate insights into action
*Coordinate external vendors (e.g., media buyers, freelancers, video teams) when needed

What we're looking for:
*3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, paid media, and content strategy - must
*Experience working in-house at a mid-sized or larger company - must
*Strong understanding of branding, audience behavior, and visual communication
*Excellent project management, multitasking, and collaboration skills
*Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, analytics platforms, etc.)
*Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive measurable results
