Product Manager 2+ years of experience

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative, cutting-edge eLearning platform.

What will you do?

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, leading the development process, managing cross-functional collaboration, and working closely with domain experts from the healthcare and therapeutic fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an eLearning product from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance
• Define workflows and features, and prepare SOW documents and detailed product specifications
• Develop a business plan and product roadmap
• Collaborate with healthcare and therapy professionals to develop digital courses
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Development, Content, Customer Service, and more)
• Analyze data and performance metrics to drive ongoing product improvements

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital product management
• Experience in creating requirement documents (SOW), system specifications, and user journey planning
• Proven experience in leading cross-organizational processes
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms / LMS systems – Strong Advantage
• Experience working with professional content creators (e.g., in healthcare, therapy, psychology) – Advantage
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Figma) – Advantage
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team, with a strategic and business-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree – Required (Preference for fields such as Technology, Social Sciences, Business, or Education)
• Product management certifications or courses – Advantage
