C++ Software Engineer

A company providing organizations and businesses with a comprehensive suite of cloud-based management solutions, combining technological innovation with advanced applications that help streamline business operations.

The role involves working across multiple interfaces, including mobile, frontend, integrations, and backend.

Approximately 70% of the work focuses on developing new features in C++, while the remaining 30% involves strengthening and refactoring existing code.

Additional responsibilities include architecture planning, debugging, and some coding in Go.

The position also includes hands-on work with cutting-edge AI tools that play a significant role in day-to-day development.

The company is based in Rosh HaAyin and offers 1–2 work-from-home days per week, depending on the candidate’s location.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in C/C++ development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions and a deep understanding of the language's strengths and weaknesses
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining back-end distributed systems, including architectures, data models, and communication protocols
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and query optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve software performance issues, including profiling, code analysis, and performance tuning
• Excitement for tackling performance optimization and refactoring of existing system
• Excellent debugging skills in complex systems, with experience using various tools such as debuggers, profilers, and log analysis tools
• Familiarity with various performance testing tools and writing unit tests
