Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our global infrastructure and operations team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Linux system s, DevOps methodologies, automation, cloud services, and data center technologies. This role is critical in ensuring our infrastructure’s stability, scalability, and reliability, as well as supporting systems across multiple regions.

• Design, build, and manage robust, scalable, and secure systems across Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support full LAMP stacks (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), including enterprise-grade applications and custom deployments.
• Implement configuration management and infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, SaltStack, or Puppet.
• Administer and maintain high-availability database clusters, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Maintain and optimize VMware vSphere clusters, leveraging HA, DRS, and advanced virtualization features.
• Operate and support Dell data center infrastructure, including PowerStore, Compellent, and PowerEdge servers.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, VPC, RDS) and Alibaba Cloud (ECS, EDS) for hybrid and cloud-native workloads.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions using enterprise platforms such as Veeam and Rubrik.
• Drive CI/CD implementation using Git, Azure DevOps, and modern DevOps methodologies to support agile development and deployment.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure continuous service availability and optimal performance.
• Document architectures, procedures, and system configurations, maintaining operational transparency and supporting knowledge transfer.

• 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Deep experience with VMware vSphere and high-availability environments.
• Hands-on experience with Dell data center hardware and enterprise storage systems.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS and Alibaba Cloud services.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and automation workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a multinational team environment.
• Experience working in regulated industries and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data protection frameworks such as DORA and GDPR.
