We are looking for a 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑴𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑩𝒊𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒕 to join our fast-paced, automation-driven service laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced biologist to take part in scaling and optimizing molecular biology workflows that support hundreds of samples each week.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

🧬 Operate, calibrate, and maintain automated liquid handling systems for high-throughput workflows.

🧬 Execute molecular biology protocols for microbiome profiling, RNA sequencing, and targeted proteomics.

🧬 Record all procedures and metadata in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

🧬 Implement and optimize new molecular protocols, especially for automation compatibility.

🧬 Troubleshoot complex technical issues in sample processing and Illumina-based sequencing workflows.

🧬 Work closely with the lab team to meet throughput, quality, and turnaround goals.

🧬 Maintain rigorous standards for lab cleanliness, safety, and documentation.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

➡️ 𝑷𝒉.𝑫. in Biological Sciences or 𝑴.𝑺𝒄. with extensive industry experience.

➡️ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with automated liquid handling platforms.

➡️ Deep expertise in Illumina workflows, including library preparation and sequencing.

➡️ Familiarity with LIMS systems and sample tracking protocols.

➡️ Strong theoretical and practical understanding of molecular biology, sequencing, and data integrity.

➡️ Proven ability to adapt protocols from scientific literature to fit automation or scale requirements.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

♣︎ Experience with high-throughput NGS sample prep pipelines.

♣︎ Prior work in service-oriented or clinical-grade laboratory settings.

♣︎ Familiarity with workflows in microbiome, transcriptomics, or proteomics.

♣︎ Experience with Olink or similar targeted proteomic platforms.
