Job Description
- Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger
- Preparation of the month-end closing, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with the USGAAP
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support and comply with tax filing in accordance with local regulation
- Preparing Statutory Financial Statement and filing tax return
- Supporting Sox compliance and internal control
- Working with interfaces within Finance, external auditors, Internal auditors
- Provide professional assistance to the bookkeepers
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements
- BA in accounting in well-known academic institution – Must
- CPA licensed
- Big 4 CPA internship graduate – Must
- Experience in High tech industry – an Advantage
- Excellent Excel skills - Must
- High-level English - Must
- Independent and fast learning ability
- Accurate with attention to detail and great analytical skills
- Integrity, Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude
