Senior Frontend Developer

Join Wwworker, a dynamic startup, the first social job platform. We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with a passion for crafting intuitive, high-performance interfaces.

Candidate needs to be located in Israel, for now the job is remote, later most likely hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect, performant UIs.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React preferred).
• Proficiency with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Experience with responsive design, CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap), and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of backend basics (e.g., Node.js, APIs) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Attentive to Detail: A meticulous eye for pixel-perfect designs and clean code.
• Thinks Outside the Box: Creative problem-solver who brings innovative solutions to complex challenges.
