Outbound Sales Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential small business clients
• Conduct cold calls to engage and introduce our digital solutions
• Follow up with hot leads generated through website inquiries and advertising
• Perform upsell activities for existing clients
• Understand each client’s needs and assess suitability for our services
• Present solutions, handle objections, and provide compelling value propositions
• Lead the negotiation process from initial contact to deal closure
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quality metrics
• Document all interactions and track opportunities in the CRM system
• Finalize sales through internal systems and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding teams

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales – a strong advantage
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems
