We're hiring a Retention Manager!
Full-time | Hybrid | Reports to CMO
We're looking for someone who can build and run smart, automated campaigns that keep users engaged and coming back — across email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app.
What you'll do:
- Create and manage lifecycle flows: onboarding, re-engagement, winback, and more
- Write and launch campaigns using tools like Customer.io / Braze / Optimove
- Own the messaging – from briefs to writing the actual copy
- Run A/B tests and improve based on data
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in Retention / Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands-on with automation tools
- Strong segmentation and funnel thinking
- Solid marketing copywriting skills
Experience with B2C, mobile apps, or fintech/crypto is a big plus.
