Your Team, Your Impact

SDK for enterprise switching solutions, covering full L2/L3 stack development.

We handle the entire software development cycle, including hardware simulation, low-level drivers, feature-level layers, application references, and comprehensive testing environments. The team operates in a dynamic environment, balancing support for existing customers with the development of next-generation solutions.

Additionally, we provide a full BSP software package and internal tools that serve other teams and projects within the switching division

What You Can Expect

• The SW R&D Manager will lead Marvell’s switching SW team activity.
• Leading the team in people engagement, planning, design, and implementation.
• Interfacing with multiple peers across the switching org—PM, silicon design, architects, QA, customer support, and others.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as an SW manager.
• Good experience in project management (cross-platform teams).
• Experience with SW/FW embedded design & programming.
• Experience working with high-demand customer workloads.
• Experience with switching/networking—advantage.
• Experience with infrastructure/BSP development—advantage
