תיאור התפקיד:

מנהל המחלקה יהיה אחראי על גיוס תקציבים / תורמים לצורך מימון כלל הפעילויות של בתי השנטי

התפקיד כולל:

•ניהול המחלקה–אחריותעל כלל פעילות הגיוס של העמותה בארץ ובחו"ל.

•בניית אסטרטגיה ויישום תכנית עבודה שנתית לפיתוח וגיוס משאבים.

•בניית תשתיות ארגוניות וטכנולוגיות לגיוס משאבים.

•פיתוח קשרים מול גורמים עסקיים ותורמים פוטנציאליים בארץ ובחו"ל.

•הגדלת מאגר תורמים עולמי.

•ייזום והפקת קמפייניגיוס כספים שנתי בארץ ובחו"ל.

•הפקת אירועים לגיוס כספים ופסטיבלים שנתיים.

•הקמת חוג ידידים בארץ ובחו"ל.

•פיתוח עסקי–פיתוח אפיקי הכנסה חדשים.

•גיוס משאבים לפרויקטים עתידיים–מרכז חינוך בית השנטי במדבר ועוד.

•גיוסמשאבים דרך קרנות פילנטרופיות ומשרדים ממשלתיים.

•כתיבה וניהול של בקשותלמענקים, כולל מחקר ואיסוף מידע רלוונטי.

1.אסטרטגיה ופיתוח משאבים:

בניית תשתית ארגונית וטכנולוגית לגיוס משאבים.

זיהוי הזדמנויות לגיוס תרומות ממקורות מקומיים ובינלאומיים.

הגדלת מאגר תורמים והרחבת הערוצים לגיוס כספים.

ניהול קשרי תורמים:

יצירת ושימור קשרים עם תורמים פרטיים, קרנות, וגופים עסקיים.

תכנון והובלת אירועי הוקרה ותודה לתורמים.

טיפוח שיתופי פעולה קיימים וייזום חדשים.

כתיבה וניהול מענקים:

כתיבת בקשות לקרנות וגורמים פילנתרופיים.

Shanti House is a warm home, a place of hope and a new beginning for at-risk and homeless children and youth. Since its founding nearly 40 years ago, Shanti House has served as an anchor for thousands of young people who have found themselves in extremely difficult life circumstances, without family support or a safe place to stay.

The Director of Resource Development and Partnerships is responsible for developing and leading strategies for fundraising and resource development, and for building connections between the organization and donors, philanthropic foundations, businesses, and government entities—with the goal of ensuring financial sustainability and expanding the scope of support for Shanti House’s youth programs.

Position Requirements

The role requires entrepreneurial skills, financial knowledge, marketing and sales experience, familiarity with the business world and government bodies, excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English, and the ability to create partnerships with private donors, philanthropic foundations, and both corporate and public sector entities.

Areas of Responsibility

1. Fundraising Strategy Development:

• Develop annual and multi-year fundraising plans aligned with the organization’s needs and youth programs.
• Create a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes local and international funding opportunities.

2. Donor Management, Outreach, and Engagement:

• Build and cultivate new relationships with private donors in Israel and abroad.
• Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships, including ongoing communication and updates about the organization's activities.
• Plan and lead fundraising events and donor appreciation gatherings.

3. Philanthropic Foundations – Grant Writing and Management:

• Research potential funding sources from Israeli and international philanthropic foundations; write grant proposals in Hebrew and English.
• Monitor and report on the use of donations and the achievement of defined goals.

4. Digital and Marketing Campaigns:

• Develop marketing materials—presentations, brochures, reports, videos—to showcase the organization’s impact to partners and donors.
• Collaborate with media and digital teams to create digital content and social media campaigns for potential donors.
• Initiate and drive public digital fundraising campaigns.

5. Exploring New Government and Municipal Funding Sources:

• Track relevant government calls for proposals and tenders.
• Respond to government calls for proposals in coordination with the finance department and help plan efficient resource allocation.

6. Corporate Partnerships and Business Engagement:

• Initiate collaborations with leading companies in Israel to promote donations, sponsorships, joint campaigns, and long-term partnerships.
• Create partnerships with retail chains, businesses, and marketing platforms to promote the organization’s products and public fundraising initiatives.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in development and fundraising in nonprofits or social organizations.
• Proven experience engaging with private donors in Israel and abroad, and working with volunteer leadership for fundraising.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with corporate partners; marketing background and experience in brand partnerships.
• Proven experience in grant writing (proposals and donor reports) in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience initiating and managing public fundraising campaigns.
• Familiarity with the field of at-risk youth and nonprofit organizations – an advantage.
• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (writing, speaking, and reading).
• Relevant academic degree – an advantage.
