Mergers & Acquisition Analyst

�� Key Responsibilities:

 Lead strategic buy-side and sell-side transactions alongside the Director of

M&A & Corporate Finance

 Identify and assess new investment opportunities and strategic ventures

 Conduct financial, commercial, and strategic analysis and due diligence

 Build and improve financial models, presentations, and deal processes

 Drive post-merger integration to ensure long-term value creation

 Negotiate key deal terms and support the full transaction lifecycle

�� Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Law,

or a related field from a reputable university – must

 3–5 years of hands-on experience in M&A – must

 Previous experience in investment banking, Big 4 (Transaction

Services/Corporate Finance), or a corporate M&A role – must

 Strong command of English – reading, writing, and speaking – must

 Solid understanding of valuation, corporate finance, and financial modeling

 Independent, high-performing, and self-driven with strong attention to detail
