Marketing Manager

frontline.io is an AI-powered XR platform helping global machinery manufacturers like HP and Mitsubishi transform how they train, support, and maintain complex machines. Backed by a $10M Series A, we’re growing fast — and looking for a hands-on, sharp, and organized Marketing Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels
• Own event planning and preparation — from booth logistics to branded materials
• Build sales presentations and marketing assets to support outreach
• Manage and optimize lead data in CRM, track campaign performance
• Own SEO strategy and website content (WordPress + Elementor)
• Keep our LinkedIn presence active and engaging
• Coordinate our Marketing Specialist, external designer, developer, and other vendors
• Work closely with sales and leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience across multiple marketing functions
• Strong grasp of SEO and marketing analytics — must
• Excellent organizational and project management skills — must
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows — must
• Fluent English — must
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and web platforms
• Experience managing freelancers or team members
