🚀 Synergy Cables a world leader in the design and production of power cables up to 161KV is hiring: Deputy to our CTO.

📍 Location: Sderot, Israel

     Are you a passionate technology leader with a strong electrical and technological engineering background? Join us in shaping the future of electrical cable production—from low to high voltage—through innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.

🔧 What You'll Do:

•          Lead the development and design of cables and related products

•          Manage the transition from R&D to full-scale production

•          Support and upgrade manufacturing processes and equipment

•          Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders

•          Initiate and develop new product families and certify them

•          Oversee technical aspects of cable trading and intermediate products

•          Ensure professional oversight of production lines and support systems

•          Drive continuous improvement in product quality and production efficiency

🎓 What We're Looking For:

•          B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory)

•          M.Sc. (strong advantage)

•          Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role in industry

•          Experience in development, process engineering, or technical support (advantage)

•          Languages: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English

💻 Tech Skills:

•          AutoCAD for schematics and production line design

•          SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools

•          Visio for flowchart creation

•          Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) – advantage

•          ERP systems

•          Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
