Join the Engineering & Systems Center at IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division and lead the development of advanced hardware and complex system-of-systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and validation of complex hardware-intensive system-of-systems
• Define system architecture, requirements, and design specifications
• Drive system-level design, integration, and testing processes
• Collaborate with subcontractors and customers locally and internationally
• Lead integration of multiple subsystems and sensors into unified solutions
• Maintain a system-wide perspective while coordinating multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering of system-of-systems – mandatory
• Proven experience in board-level hardware design – mandatory
• Experience in system integration and design verification – advantage
• Background in ground or airborne systems – advantage
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – advantage
• Strong analytical skills, broad system understanding, and excellent interpersonal communication
