Application Systems Support Specialist

Padagis is looking for an Application Systems Support Specialist to join our Information Systems team at our site in Yeruham.

This role involves supporting, operating, and maintaining applications and software used by departments such as Manufacturing, Laboratory, HR, and Finance at our development and manufacturing sites in both Israel and the US.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications/courses in IT – mandatory
• High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and familiarity with validation processes – an advantage
• Proven experience in planning and implementing computerized systems – mandatory
• (Experience with Manufacturing or Laboratory systems – an advantage)
• Knowledge of SQL, Visual Cron, Oracle, Citrix, Virtual Servers, and ability to design application-based solutions
• Experience in writing system specifications, architecture documents, and testing protocols
• Experience working with internal business stakeholders and external vendors, both local and international – a strong advantage
• Ability to work across multiple interfaces and levels, and provide end-user support within the organization
