Senior Product Manager

Classiq is a leading quantum computing software company inspired by traditional semiconductor design automation. We provide a full-stack platform—IDE, high-level language (Qmod), compiler, and OS—for designing, compiling, and running quantum algorithms. Backed by 70 patents, our technology automates quantum programming and turns functional intent into executable quantum circuits. Our core compiler technology scales quantum algorithms from concept to implementation, making quantum software development faster and more practical.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a senior product manager, located in Tel Aviv, Israel. As the quantum experience & education pm, you’ll lead and build our users' overall experience and learning of the product. Your goal: make the Classiq platform accessible to all kinds of users, easier to learn, engage and use. You’ll define and deliver the experience  for developers, students, and professionals. You’ll work across engineering, product, marketing, and sales to build the software stack and content needed to support a growing global audience. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the product, and the future of quantum software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager in the industry.
• MSc or higher in physics, computer science, or a related field
• Strong project and program management skills, including agile practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and organization
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Israel
• Native-level English fluency—spoken and written

Skills

• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical concepts
• Project management skills—planning, timelines, and resource coordination
• Experience leading or facilitating workshops, courses, or training sessions
• Interest in education, learning innovation, and community engagement
• Solid technical understanding of quantum computing (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq, etc.) (preferred)
• Experience with instructional design, LMS tools, and adult learning theory (preferred)
• Experience creating educational content for blogs, social media, or video (preferred)
• Familiarity with assessment design and data-driven learning improvement (preferred)
• Experience designing gamified or simulation-based learning tools (preferred)
