💼 The Role: As a Field & Courier Operations Manager – Yaffo, you will lead and enhance the day-to-day performance of our couriers in the city. This hands-on role blends real-time problem-solving, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure smooth deliveries and exceptional service. You’ll work closely with couriers, operations teams, and other departments to drive efficiency, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee real-time courier operations to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
• Optimize courier supply by analyzing demand trends and implementing strategic actions.
• Maintain fleet health by monitoring key performance indicators such as delivery time, cancellations, and courier reliability.
• Develop and execute courier engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Support courier onboarding, training, and compliance with operational standards.
• Ensure high-quality service by addressing fleet-related escalations and problem-solving in real time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Expansion) to align operational strategies with company goals.
• Implement data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and fleet utilization.
• Monitor operational costs and optimize budget allocation for fleet management.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with couriers and take proactive measures to improve their productivity.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or courier management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and Arabic required.
• Proficiency in operational tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
