Hardware Development Team Leader – Board Design | Ashdod, Israel | ELTA Systems Ltd.

ELTA’s Engineering and Systems Division is looking for a Hardware Development Team Leader to lead board design projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The position includes:

• Leading a team of hardware and FPGA development engineers

• Defining and specifying hardware architectures

• Managing and driving efficient hardware development processes with a focus on quality, timelines, and product cost

• Responsibility for the development of complex electronic modules including processors and FPGA components

• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across development, production, procurement, and system engineering teams

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required

• At least 5 years of experience in digital/analog electronic board design with processors or advanced FPGA components – required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware/firmware/software integration – required

• 5 years of experience in Signal Integrity and High-Speed Board Design – an advantage

• Knowledge and experience in FPGA development including coding, simulations, and hardware integration – strong advantage

• Experience in leading a hardware or FPGA development team – strong advantage

• Good command of English (spoken and written) – required
