We're Hiring: Quality Control Lab Manager | Leading Company near Pardes Hanna
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Control Laboratory Manager to join a leading company in the Pardes Hanna area.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of chemists and laboratory technicians in a dynamic QC lab environment
- Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of chemical analyses for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with strict regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
- Report directly to the company’s Quality Director
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Natural Sciences – mandatory
- Specialization in Analytical Chemistry – advantage
- M.Sc. – advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a laboratory team – mandatory
- Previous experience in the food industry – advantage
- Strong command of English – speaking, reading, and writing
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments – mandatory
- (including HPLC, pH meters, and other analytical methods)
