Production Manager

Production Manager will lead manufacturing operations in the field of medical aesthetics, specializing in electromechanical systems that include IPL, RF, and High-Power technologies.

• Manage daily operations of electromechanical production lines for medical aesthetic devices.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize production workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Oversee the assembly and testing of complex systems integrating IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), RF (Radio Frequency), and High-Power energy delivery technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to ensure technical and regulatory alignment.
• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, including ISO 13485, GMP, and related quality frameworks.
• Manage production staff, including training, task delegation, and performance evaluation.
• Supervise maintenance and calibration of high-tech production equipment.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering; Industrial Engineering with technical specialization – an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in production management within the medical devices or electromechanical manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with systems incorporating IPL, RF, and High Power modules- an advantage.
• Familiarity with medical standards (ISO 13485, GMP) and tools such as FMEA, CAPA, validation protocols and ECO process.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) and production planning software.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
