About The Role

As Head of Threat Intelligence, you will lead and own our threat intelligence function from strategy to execution. Your mission is to transform raw threat data into actionable insights that protect our product, customers, and brand. You’ll work closely with leadership and have high visibility to the client's security operations, incident response, product, and engineering teams to build resilience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities -

• Build and lead a newly formed threat intelligence team, defining the function’s vision, goals, and strategic direction within the organization.
• Own and lead end-to-end threat intelligence initiatives across both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
• Oversee deep technical investigations and strategic threat assessments to inform internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts on all threat intelligence matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing actionable intelligence and ongoing support.
• Lead in-depth threat research tailored to individual client environments, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating active threats.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of threat intelligence analysts.
• Provide both technical guidance and career development support, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Own the threat intelligence messaging across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales engagements, enablement, and post-sales value delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure threat intel insights are effectively integrated into customer-facing narratives.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity research, or incident response, with proven leadership responsibilities
• Deep understanding of global threat landscapes, attacker tools, and TTPs
• Hands-on experience with threat intel platforms, SIEMs, OSINT, and dark web monitoring
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both technical and executive audiences as well as clients.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence across security, product, engineering, and executive teams
