QSphera is an early-stage startup developing a quantum-powered optimization platform that addresses complex, real-world data challenges using a unique big data mechanism and smart, constraint-aware algorithms.

We're seeking a physicist/quantum expert to join on equity basis for the POC stage, with compensation commencing after funding. Your involvement at this stage is a key factor for the funding process, and a unique opportunity to shape our core technology.

The work involves quantum logic design, constraint modeling, and benchmarking of quantum algorithms, on a simulator and a quantum computer.
